Terms and Conditions: Purchasing and Payment Methods: Order can be placed by website, mail, or phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. All credit card information excluding PayPal is processed through Authorize.net services and is 100% safe and secure. Please call our customer support team with all mail orders or ordering questions. GA residents will be required to pay 7% sales tax.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping should be fair and simple. We understand the needs of fishermen; please contact us with any special ordering instructions or questions to speed up the shipping process. Free shipping for orders over $75 applies only to the lower U.S. 48. Standard orders will be shipped USPS and will typically be received in 2-5 business days. Orders received by 2:30 PM EST will ship the same day. We can also send orders Next Day, or 2nd Day. Fed Ex and UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
When you place an order, we will give you a shipping price based on the availability and size of your items. After the order has been placed and ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
We will ship to anywhere in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Large or oversized packages may result in additional shipping charges. Example: Two trolling motors will be a large size and weight and will require addtional charges. We will contact you if this applies.
If you need a delivery sent Overnight or Second Day Delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to recieve a pricing quote. We have to send these orders out by 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Returns: Items purchased from Project Tackle can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Please contact Project Tackle Customer Support before returning merchandise to avoid confusion. Items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in the original, unaltered condition in the original manufacturers packaging. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer support before returning the item. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.
Backorders: You will be notified if an item has been backordered. We can send out the items in stock or hold the order until all backordered items have been received.
International Orders: We do not ship Internationally or outside of the USA.
